This agreement defines how CopyPastePlus can be installed, activated, updated, and used.
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Eduardo Werner for the CopyPastePlus macOS application, including updates, documentation, and related services.
By installing, copying, downloading, activating, or using CopyPastePlus, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CopyPastePlus is licensed, not sold. Subject to this agreement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on one Mac you personally own or control.
Business, team, or multi-device usage requires a valid license for each Mac unless another written agreement says otherwise.
CopyPastePlus may include a free trial period. After the trial ends, features can be limited until a valid license is activated.
License keys are personal to the purchaser. You may not share, resell, publish, or distribute license keys.
We may disable license keys associated with fraud, chargebacks, abuse, public sharing, or violation of this agreement.
Clipboard history is stored locally by default. You are responsible for the content you copy, save, search, move, transform, sync, or paste.
Privacy details are described in the CopyPastePlus Privacy Policy at /en/privacy.
CopyPastePlus can check for and install updates through signed update feeds.
Updates may include fixes, improvements, compatibility changes, and security patches.
CopyPastePlus is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every workflow, or suitable for high-risk environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduardo Werner and CopyPastePlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to CopyPastePlus is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim.
This agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you violate this agreement.
After termination, you must stop using the app and delete copies in your possession. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Refunds are handled through Stripe, Mercado Pago, or the payment provider used at purchase and may be subject to provider policies and applicable consumer law.
